The work systemises an aspect of my practice, and some of the classes I have taught over the past year on-line. It also outlines the structure of a 10 week course that I will offer this spring.
We will be holding an introductory class on Tuesday January 21st from 6pm to 7:15pm at the Centre for Whole Health, Victoria Place, Bedminster, Bristol.
During the class we will discover powerful techniques to bring about the process of relaxation. We will explore the fundamental principles of t'ai chi and learn a few movements of our t'ai chi form.
The cost is £8 or £6 each if you bring a friend.
If there is enough interest in the introductory class, then we will run a 12 week foundational course. Details about this can be found at: https://www.naturalwaytaichi.com/1_5_courses.html

The 'Notes of Alan Peck' was published about a year after the death of my teacher Alan Peck. I created this book from the material he had written over a period of some 20 years.
"This book offers a rare and wonderful chance to benefit from words that are both practical and thought provoking. For anyone who is familiar with t'ai chi, there is the chance to benefit from the wisdom and practical knowledge that run through this collection. I have already identified so many observations and approaches that have been of benefit to my practice. I am sure that I will return to this collection again and again, finding something new each time and enjoying the concept of a 'natural way' with t'ai chi. I would thoroughly recommend this book to any interested reader and am very grateful for the chance it gives to access the thoughts and teachings of someone with such a deep understanding of t'ai chi." "A booklet on the obstacles and progress on the inner path of practising Taichi. This book will give clarity and encouragement to those who have learnt Taichi for a while and have already mastered the form." August 2014
